All you have to do is sit in the Emsella chair—no need to remove any clothing!
The chair will then use high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) to make the pelvic floor muscles contract. This painless procedure will strengthen your pelvic floor, equivalent to doing 11,000 Kegel exercises!
Frequently Asked Questions About Emsella in Wellen Park
After a series of sessions, results can last for up to a year. After that, patients usually only need to return for their maintenance session once a year. You can prolong your results by keeping up with your Kegel exercises, too!
It will take some time for your pelvic floor muscles to fully gain their strength.
